Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items (e.g. clothing and stickers), they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. You will receive separate tracking numbers if applicable.

  • Glazed is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address.

  • Orders returned to sender due to address issues may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage
