Refund & Exchange Policy

At Glazed, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


All Sales Are Final (No Refunds)

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect purchases.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • No longer wanting the item

  • Ordering the wrong product or colour

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

By completing a purchase on gl4zed.com, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.


Size Exchanges

We do allow exchanges for incorrect sizing, subject to the conditions below:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags must still be attached

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer:

  • A different size or item of equal value, or

  • Store credit (no cash refunds)


Damaged or Faulty Items

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a replacement or refund if an item is:

  • Faulty

  • Defective

  • Significantly different from its description

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.


Custom-On-Demand Products

Many of our items are made to order. Because of this:

  • We do not accept refunds or returns for print-on-demand items

  • Size exchanges are still allowed unless the item is marked as final sale


Incorrect or Lost Orders

  • Glazed is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Lost or delayed parcels caused by shipping carriers are outside our control, though we will assist where possible
